Brown & Brown has an exciting opportunity available for a High Net Worth Marketing Leader to join our team in Terrace Park, Ohio! This individual will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining and servicing an assigned book of Personal lines business.
Open to hybrid scheduling after training period.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Provide day to day servicing on High Net Worth book of business including issuing/requesting policies and endorsements, providing verification of insurance, remarketing, resolving coverage related questions, and billing inquiries.
  • Market new accounts as requested and record marketing activity in agency management system in accordance with company practices.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals for new business while ensuring agreement with customers' requests/requirements.
  • Compile and prepare reports and audits of employees in the Personal Lines department.
  • Support training and development of new employees in a manner that enhances our image and customer experience.
  • Build courteous and successful relationships with team, vendors, and carriers to improve client retention.
  • Follow agency guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the department and office.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • 1+ years personal insurance experience, strongly preferred.
  • Active Property & Casualty License, or willingness to obtain.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at time of hire and periodically thereafter
